Smoothing Treatments... Something for everyone!

Main Street Hair Company has FOUR distinct levels of smoothing treatments available for our curly-headed clients! All treatments add keratin to the hair, which will strengthen the hair and make it shinier, healthier, and more manageable.

We recently added a Brazilian smoothing treatment to help tame the toughest, tightest curls out there, after stylists Ellen and Courtney attended a certification course in Keratherapy's Extreme Brazilian Treatment smoothing system.

Here are the four levels of treatments we offer:

1. Keratherapy's Extreme Brazilian Keratin Treatment

• Lasts 3-4 months
• Versatile - can reduce curl up to 100%, or just provide relaxed curls and anti-frizz
• Able to color AND wash hair same day

2. Cezanne's Classic Smoothing Keratin Treatment

• Lasts 3-4 months
• Reduces FRIZZ, but not curl
• Able to color AND wash hair same day

3. Keratherapy's "Color Lock & Smooth" De-frizzing Treatment

• Express treatment can be completed in minutes after a color service, or as a stand alone treatment
• Lasts up to 4 weeks
• Reduces blow dry time!

4. Color WOW's DreamCoat

• Lasts 2-3 Shampoos
• Heat-activated polymer works to compress, tighten, and seal hair strands
• Makes hair sleek, smooth, and silky
• Acts as a "humidity guard" but will NOT build up on the hair, weigh it down, or make it greasy
• DreamCoat is a great intro to a Cezanne treatment - the effects are similar!
• Available for STRAIGHT and CURLY hair - a revolutionary twist on keratin smoothing!
